With strong negotiation skills and extensive real estate experience since licensing in 1989, Ida is focused on providing excellent services while approaching negotiation as if it were her own personal transaction. Her ample experience in the mortgage financing field, including a previous position as a bank branch manager, influenced the expertise she currently holds in that sector of her business. Ida’s professionalism, business acumen, and dedicated nature continued to flourish as she became a REALTOR® and converted to the sales side of the industry. She possesses deep knowledge of the city’s vibrant neighbourhoods which is an asset when targeting clients’ distinct needs and navigating customized solutions. Living in the west end of Toronto for 35 years and counting, Ida holds an appreciation for community and everything that such pockets have to offer; she loves everything from the convenience, the atmosphere, and people! Ida is enthusiastic about helping her clients find their dream community that leaves them the same effect that her community has on her life. Outside of work, she values quality time with her four wonderful grandchildren, as well as cooking, baking, and gardening. Additionally, Idalina chooses to support local parishes, SickKids, and the Canadian Cancer Society.
